Chamomile grows over a wide range of areas, wild forms of it being most common around farmlands. In wild form, it appears to be a daisy-like plant, but growing on a stalk about a foot high, and rather than the solid leaves of a daisy, covered with fine, needle-like leaves. It will spread out and fill a space. It is a most distinguished by its strong scent. It has flowers with little white petals and a yellow center, and its scent should be learned by the herbalist, for that is the surest way to identify this herb.
