THIAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE VITAMIN B1: G&G Vitamins B1 only uses thiamine hydrochloride. Most supplements use thiamine mononitrate. Both are synthetic forms, however thiamine hydrochloride is water-soluable, unlike thiamine mononitrate. This makes hydrochloride harder to manufacture, but much more effective as a supplement as the body can absorb the nutrients easier. That’s why G&G only use hydrochloride.
